In addition to prepare the graduates according to their interests and skills and the requirements of the professional life, professional and technical education, which is understood as a life-long learning process, has the mission to assist the adults for acquiring skills necessary in updating their knowledge, changing professions and job promotion.

Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Higher School of Vocational Education, which was established to help the implementation of this mission in 2005-2006 Academic Year, is one the most developed and best equipped (workshop, laboratory, social facilities, experienced academic and technical staff) vocational schools.

In 2009-2010 Academic Year Office Management and Accounting programs had their first graduates, and they started to work in Kyrgyzstan and in various countries on a variety of business sectors.

In order to help the students to join the business world and the society more actively, a broad-based structure will be established through active cooperation with the business world and their expectations about the required skills will be reflected in our program, which will present in their first years of education basic and scientific information and in their final years a broad base of courses enabling them to specialize in their professions and to shift horizontally and vertically between different professions.

I express my deep gratitude to all our colleagues, who had joined us in our endeavor, to our new colleagues and our students, who had chosen us, and wish them a successful academic year.
